A meeting will be required after the war ends for the purpose of getting acquainted and refining the design.

Prices do not include VAT.
A 25% deposit is to be paid upon signing the contract.
An additional 75% is to be paid up to 5 days prior to the event.
In the case of a bank transfer, please include the couple’s name and the event date, and send a screenshot of the transfer confirmation via email or to phone number 054-4991335, or to liat.liatris@gmail.com.

If it is decided to cancel the event for any reason after signing the contract and paying the deposit, the payment will not be refunded to the client.

In the case of force majeure (tragedy, war, disaster/COVID-19, etc.), as a result of which the client is unable to hold the event, a new date will be coordinated and agreed upon between the parties. If the client decides not to hold the event at a later date, the deposit will not be refunded.

The client undertakes to keep the equipment in good condition. In the event of missing items or unreasonable damage, the client will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment.

The final number of tables must be updated up to 5 days prior to the event. After that, it will not be possible to reduce the number of tables. A layout/sketch should be sent about one week before the event to the email: liat.liatris@gmail.com.
