We are excited to provide the design concept for your special day.

We will create an inviting and sparkling atmosphere for the wedding that will occur on the eve of the new year.

The goal is to create an unforgettable sense of hospitality, beginning the moment guests enter the venue, continuing to the reception hall, then to the Chuppah area, and finally leading to the breathtaking entrance of the main hall.

Entrance

At the entrance, just beyond the gates, we will place a stunning and unique flower arrangement that will hint at the beautiful concept awaiting your guests inside. The flower arrangement will be placed on a round table with a classic white tablecloth.

Next to the flower table there will be a large sign with your names in golden letters and a live flower frame. The sign will be positioned next to the venue representative table.

Reception

Several round tables will be located by the windows, covered with custom-made tablecloths that we will chose together. Each table will have a unique flower arrangement that speaks to the design concept.

The other venue tables (square and rectangular shapes) will also be covered with custom-made tablecloths. On these tables we will put flower arrangements and candles to complement the overall design.

Bar

In the reception area, the reception bar will be styled with several elegant golden white flower arrangements.

Stairs and Balcony

White candles in transparent glass candle holders will be placed on each stair leading to the balcony which will create a warm atmosphere between the different areas.

On both sides of the balcony banisters there will be candles in transparent glass candle holders.

On the balcony itself, there will be a comfortable sitting area. The sitting area will contain the venue's square and rectangular shaped tables, covered with custom-made tablecloths. We will also spread glamorous pillows around the seating.

Chuppah

The venue Chuppah will have white flowing material on the back. In the front the Chuppah will be decorated with special white flowers and golden leaves that will create a very unique and classic display. We will choose the flowers and the leaves on your special visit to our flower hanger where we purchase all our flowers.

The chairs surrounding the Chuppah will be adorned with coordinating fabrics / ribbons, complemented by additional flowers chosen together with you. (Optional: Pashminas and Kippahs can be provided for guests on two tables within the Chuppah area.)

The Main Hall

The main hall will create a breath-taking energy with a harmonious look to all areas of the hall.

All the tables will be covered with tablecloths that we choose together.

Special underplates will be the base for the Ray plates.

Tall flower centerpieces will be positioned on the tables near the windows per Vanessa's excellent suggestion. These tables will also have candles that will create a soft warm lighting.

On all the other tables, not near the windows, we will position shorter flower arrangements, candles and decorative golden touches and vases, some also displaying flowers.

* All the tables will have atmospheric candles.

On the venue hall ceiling, special chandeliers and lighting will be hung in several places. Another design element for the ceiling, positioned near the knight's tables, will create division between areas.

Napkin holders will match the design concept.

New Year's Gift Table

There will be a New Year's gift table (gifts from the families to the wedding guests). We will be happy to decorate the table with a white tablecloth, candles and white flowers. A basic design on a venue table. (you will need to verify the table for this). Should you decide to order special stands the above is not relevant.

Safety engineer for approval and signature on all décor, lighting, and the chuppah – Vanessa, price quote from the engineer is required.

“Genie” lift for hanging lighting and additional accessories – Vanessa, payment is made directly to the venue.

Yishai – graphic designer – Please transfer payments directly to Yishai for all your graphic orders.- 2,500 NIS

Payment to the venue’s designer for dimmer electrical connections – 2,000 NIS, payment made directly to the venue

Long white carpet for the ceremony, including two staff members to lay it before the ceremony begins – 3,500 NIS

Notes:

We will add the cascading white and green amaranthus you love to various elements throughout the event and to the bridal bouquet 🙂

Proposal Summary

The prices do not include VAT.

• A 25% deposit (17,700 nis including tax) will be paid upon signing the contract.
• The remaining 75% will be paid by the 15-12-2025.
• In the case of a bank transfer, please include the couple’s name and event date, and send a copy of the transfer confirmation to: 054-4991335 | liat.liatris@gmail.com.

In the case of force majeure (tragedy, disaster, COVID-19, etc.) that prevents the client from holding the event, a new date will be scheduled for the event. If it is decided not to hold the event on another date, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the event is canceled for any reason after signing the contract and paying the deposit, the payment will not be refunded to the client.

If the event is postponed we will do the same on the new date, but please let me know ASAP.

The client commits to maintain the integrity of the equipment; in case of breakage or missing items, the client will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

If additional tables are required the cost will be added to this proposal.
